- Responsible for day-to-day financial transactions
- Corporate credit card reconciliations
- Pays third party bills
- Prepares checks
- Enters invoices
- Ensures credit is received for outstanding bills
- Issues stop payments
- Tracks budgets
- Answering phones and transferring calls.
- Performs any other duties necessary to keep the office running.

Skills & Qualifications
You have prior experience with the following:
- Processing Accounts Payable
- Benefit Administration
- Sales Tax Compliance.
- You are comfortable interacting with management and front-line personnel, both internally and externally.
