We are looking for individuals who live in the West Virginia, Virginia area in order to support existing accounts and to actively seek out new business in this territory. Responsibilities


  • Actively manage sales in existing accounts
  • Implement the company sales program to attain new business sales in assigned accounts
  • Passionately follow the company’s sales methodology
  • Maintain and grow current accounts by ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Engage new and existing users to provide value around how users can be more successful with our current portfolio
  • Proactively and efficiently manage resources with dedicated teams, virtual teams, and executive staff around opportunities to ensure successful outcomes
  • Align the overall corporate solution to the customer’s business needs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: writing, editing, and presenting
  • Ability to resolve complex problems
  • Build and maintain a consistently strong pipeline
  • Identify new prospects in territory
  • Replace incumbent suppliers
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and team building skills and techniques is required
  • 50%+ travel as required to maintain account integrity

Skills & Qualifications


  • Minimum of 5 years successful experience as a direct contributor carrying an individual quota
  • Will have accomplished the following: Experience independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $40K+
  • Have successful experience calling, contacting, and having relevant conversations with business owners of any sized business
  • Be a fast learner
  • Creation and execution of quarterly and annual business plans
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding assigned annual/quarterly goals and targets
  • Attentive to forecasting and business reporting responsibilities
  • Skills with Google Workspace, MS Word and Excel
  • Fearless in a competitive market and against established vendors
  • Be a self-starter and highly motivated as you look for opportunities to reach your full potential
  • Enjoy the hunt and also lavish in building long-term relationships  
  • Strong listening and consultative selling skills
  • As a great listener, you help prospects see the differentiating value
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, high achiever with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing and directing the entire sales cycle from beginning to close
  • Independent but enjoys working closely with the Director of Sales Coach
  • Experience with facility services/products such as cleaning and maintenance is helpful but not required
