Sani - Chem is looking for entry-level, Outside Sales Representatives to help increase sales in their respective region and industry sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing contact with and identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads. 
Candidate must possess honed customer service skills and a passion for innovative business solutions in a variety of settings and inceptions. We value executives who are passionate about growing our existing accounts while proactively pursuing new accounts and identifying roadblocks and obstacles to increasing business.  We will provide the training, mentoring, and support for the selected individual. 

Compensation: 
Our experienced sales staff are compensated based on 100% commission. However, as an entry level position, the compensation will be a blend of a base salary plus commission for the first two years. Estimated beginning comp range of $50-55k, plus an auto allowance of $250/month. 
We also offer/provide health, vision, and eye insurance.  
 
Territories/Location: 
We are headquartered in Clearwater FL. We service all surrounding counties including Pinellas, Hillsborough, Pasco, Manatee, Polk, and Hernando.

Responsibilities

Outside Sales Representative Responsibilities 
  • Generate sales reports and participate in weekly pipeline management sessions. 
  • Leverage available resources (e.g., Sales Navigator) to identify prospects. 
  • Successfully convert leads to closed deals 
  • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth 
  • Educate and consult with prospects/customers about our business solutions and solving their problems. 
  • Cold call to generate new leads and prospecting accounts. 
Outside Sales Representative Demonstrated Behaviors

  • Strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to negotiate and problem-solve.

Skills & Qualifications

Outside Sales Experience/Requirements 
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (min) 
  • Language: Fluent in Spanish (a plus) 
  • Sales: 1 year (Preferred) or
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) or 
  • Digital Marketing: 1 year (Preferred).
